The terms and conditions that we have listed below are generic and flexible, these terms and conditions can vary depending on the travel pacakge you choose and the special requirements you request.

Booking

Although we try our best to keep the material on our website correct and up to date, mistakes sometimes happen. Before making a reservation, please check the costs and other information with us.

By using our website and making any kind of purchase related to travel, you guarantee that you are at least eighteen years old and that you are able to enter into legally binding agreements. Additionally, you guarantee that all of the details that you provide for the intent of that reservation is accurate, reliable, up-to-date and true, and that you accept and agree to all of the Terms stated below.

When you make a reservation for someone else, you are regarded as that person’s assigned point of contact. You guarantee that you have the necessary permissions to make decisions on behalf of them, that you have the right to do so, that you will notify them of these conditions and that they are going to agree to adhere to them.

In addition, you are in charge of paying for your reservation in full, alerting us to any necessary adjustments or cancellations, and informing your fellow passengers of any important information regarding your journey.

Within one to two business days of receiving your reservation request and payment, we will verify that all components are available and send you an email for confirmation. We will notify you and provide you the choice to either change your booking or cancel and get your money back if any travel package you reserved is unavailable at the moment.

The price of your package won’t change once it has been paid in full, unless you ask for some changes in the travel package, or if higher government taxes are applied to your package or any of its parts. We will let you know how the pricing of your package will change in either scenario.

Payments

You will have to pay an upfront fee of 20% of the total cost of the travel package (each person) to book your reservation for the travel package you choose. This is a non-refundable fee except under the condition that we are unable to provide you with the tour.

The rest of the payment must be done before the start of the trek. You have two options, to either pay the balance before 3 weeks of the trek or pay in cash after reaching Nepal. All the government taxes will be added to the total price of the trek.

Modifications of the packge

Depending on whether a new travel package is available, requests to modify an existing reservation in order to adjust your package may be granted. These modifications are subject to costs that will be applied to your remaining amount payable when they aren’t included by our booking policy.

Customizations include requests for major modifications to our packages, especially those involving flights. Examples of such adjustments include upgrading your flight, leaving and/or arriving at a different location, changing your vacation dates, adding or removing destinations, or merging two packages. Customizations are quoted when a deposit and booking are completed.
